Janice Fritsch is an accomplished professional with a proven track record in the world of philanthropy and impact investing. With twenty-plus years of experience involved in leading a Colorado-based private foundation, the Kenneth King Foundation, Janice has successfully grown the foundation’s program related investment portfolio and oversees its current and potential direct charitable impact investments. In addition to her role as the leader of daily operations at the foundation, Janice also serves on its investment committee.

Before becoming president of the foundation, Janice spent two years leading operations at Intrinsic Valuation, a Denver-based boutique valuation firm. Prior to that, she gained experience in the field of interactive development consulting, holding positions at ad-serving provider Matchlogic, web development provider AGENCY.COM:Vail, and high-technology public relations firm WeberShandwick in Boston.

Janice‘s dedication to making a difference goes beyond her professional career. She has served on multiple boards and advisory committees, including the Knotty Tie Board of Directors, Colorado Community College System Foundation Board, and the Colorado Nonprofit Loan Fund. Janice has also been an advisory board member to the Global Livingston Institute, where she had the opportunity to travel to Uganda and Rwanda with a group of Denver nonprofit leaders. Additionally, she has been a valuable member of the Dean’s Advisory Group for the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences at the University of Colorado at Denver.

Continuing her commitment to service, Janice remains involved in iCubed, an impact investing consulting firm focused on guiding family offices and private foundations. She has also held leadership roles in the Denver Lions Club and Lions Foundation, serving as a board member and president. Janice‘s involvement in the community extends to volunteering for her children’s schools, fundraising for St. Vincent de Paul Parish and School, and co-chairing the 2010 Washington Park Home Tour for Steele Elementary, and later serving as co-president of the Denver South High School Parent and Teachers Association.

Janice‘s expertise and passion are evident in her frequent participation in panel discussions and speaking engagements where she shares insights on investing for both social and financial return in the Colorado region.
