Eric Byington has worked with a wide variety of economic development projects and startup initiatives across various industries throughout his career. He spent nearly 10 years working on international economic development projects in sub-Saharan Africa and Central America, specifically focusing on education and healthcare initiatives and impact investment projects in water and sanitation. Eric spent time as the Managing Director of 10.10.10, a startup studio that works with serial entrepreneurs in creating new ventures. He recently served as Director of Entrepreneurship at Denver South, an economic development organization in Denver, CO. Eric, along with his brothers, is the co-founder of Queen City Roasting Company, a Denver based coffee company; and he is currently leading acquisition efforts at Main Street Phoenix Project and program management efforts with the Social Entrepreneurship Program at Microsoft for Startups.
